OVERCOMING NEGATIVE EMOTIONS


Whenever we become emotionally unstable, restless or upset something gets triggered at a deeper level.

Everything has a root cause: the way we behave, the way we think, the way we react, the way we respond, the way we cognise ourself…everything we do has a root cause.

One generally responds negatively to situations and events due to negative impressions and past hangovers stored in the sub-conscious mind.

These hangovers from the past which continuously disturb us and cause us pain are incompletions created during childhood.

Incompletions are incidents, memories, wrong cognitions from our childhood that disturb us, stop us from enjoying our present and are responsible for our emotional imbalance and negative behaviour.

Developing self-awareness is most important in overcoming negative emotions.

Through the practice of guided self-reflection and analysis, you can discover the root cause of your negative reactions and emotional imbalance.

Once you find the root cause and decide to heal it, you’ll release the source of your suffering and the negative emotions of anger, guilt, hatred, fear, jealousy, insecurity, possessiveness will leave you forever.
