Which therapy do I choose?
Transformative therapies are offered as private and group sessions.

It is quite common to experience a mixture of emotions and not know which therapeutic path to choose. Don’t worry. During your first session we’ll discuss your specific needs and ascertain which workshop/therapy will be most suitable for you.

How does it work?
Various therapeutic and meditation techniques will be used to help you resolve deeper issues by exploring the underlying conscious and unconscious patterns and understanding how they influence relationships, mental well-being and perception of reality. The therapeutic process will allow you to understand your inner-world and identify the repetitive patterns and its influence over your past and present; this understanding leads to immense healing and freedom from pain and despair, resulting in a greater sense of self and positive change. 

What are the costs?
Cost of the private session varies depending on the type of therapy/duration.

Is it right for me?
If you are looking to improve the quality of your life through self- 
understanding and willing to look into what interferes with your happiness or prevents you from achieving what you desire then you’re in the right place.

It is NOT the right solution for you if any of the following is true for you:
* You are not receptive and trusting
* Do not take responsibility for your well-being
* Do not trust the power of self-healing
* Lack initiative and unable to follow guidelines
* Are on psychiatric medications and therapy

Will it work for me?
If you are sincere, open-minded and disciplined enough to follow the program and practices, designed specifically for you, then this program will definitely work for you. You should be willing to take responsibility for your own life and have the courage to go beyond the trappings of your conditioned mind and drop the patterns and beliefs that limit your potential or cause you suffering.

Do I need to meditate?
Meditation is nothing but learning the art of being “aware”. It is the ability of simply being aware of what is happening both within and around us.
Developing “awareness” forms the basis of all the transformative therapies, it will help you to identify and release the old conditioning and negative thought patterns that trigger overwhelming emotions in you. Learning the knack for ‘watching’ what is going on rather than being immersed in it takes practice and persistence. Once you start meditating the real truths start revealing themselves to you. All that you thought you were, all the desires, all the fears, all the worries are shaken, and you start going through a big change.

I can’t control my mind, is meditation difficult?
Meditation is a lifesaver. It helps you understand yourself. It is not controlling the mind; it is centring the mind. It is about giving up the mind. Unfortunately, the mind does not like losing control. The purpose of meditation is to bring you out of the clutches of your mind and out of the bondages of your thoughts.
While it is not as easy as watching T.V, it is not difficult either. All you need is discipline to sit for a few days and look inwards. Once you discover the joy of being free of your mind, you will never want to let it go.

How many sessions are required?
This is very individual, and it really depends on your situation. Some clients just need a bit of advice and guidance to resolve their issue. However, others need deeper work to understand their unconscious beliefs and patterns and will need time and patience to cleanse their being and reprogram their frame of mind.
